NEO is a soft-bodied home humanoid you can reserve today for $20,000 or $499 a month. 1X opened its Hayward, California factory in April 2026 and says first customer shipments are planned for 2026, with the first year of capacity (over 10,000 units) sold out. We have not seen a verified delivery to a home yet. For chores it can't do alone, NEO relies on remote 1X operators.
